Every package below follows this same arc — what changes is depth, practice reps, and the length of support you have along the way.
Package 1: Foundation - $950.00 — 4 sessions
Perfect for professionals preparing for one important interview.
Each session runs 50 minutes and focuses on a single part of your preparation:
Strategy Session — We'll clarify your target role and figure out what you need most.
Narrative & Story Session — Build your career narrative and your "tell me about yourself" introduction.
Question Prep Session — Prepare for behavioral and challenging questions, plus the questions you'll ask them.
Mock Interview — A realistic practice interview with verbal feedback, including presence and confidence coaching in your debrief.
Includes: 5 days of email support after your final session.
Package 2: Performance - $1,750.00 — 6 sessions
For candidates who want deeper practice and detailed feedback before a competitive interview.
Everything in Foundation, plus a second mock interview — both recorded and reviewed:
1–4. Strategy, Narrative & Story, Question Prep, Presence & Mindset
5. Mock Interview #1 — Video-recorded, with written and verbal feedback.
6. Mock Interview #2 — Video-recorded, with written and verbal feedback.
Includes: 10 days of email/text support.
Package 3: Executive - $3,000.00 — 8 sessions
Designed for Senior Manager, Director, and Executive candidates facing multi-round or panel interviews.
Everything in Performance, developed at an executive level, plus a live panel simulation and a final tune-up before the real thing:
1–4. Strategy, Narrative & Story (expanded), Question Prep (executive-level), Presence & Mindset (executive presence)
5. Mock Interview #1 — Video-recorded, with written and verbal feedback.
6. Mock Interview #2 — Video-recorded, with written and verbal feedback.
7. Panel Simulation — A recorded mock panel interview, conducted with additional coaches for the most realistic practice available.
8. Final Prep & Confidence Session — A last strategy and confidence check-in right before your interview.
Includes: 30 days of email/text support through your interview process.
