Katy Lindell

Founder and Coach

Katy Lindell is a seasoned leadership coach with more than three decades of experience leading high-performing teams at globally recognized brands, including Gap Inc., Starbucks, and Apple Inc.. Over the course of her career, she’s led large, complex organizations—consistently delivering results while developing people at every level.

Today, Katy coaches leaders and individuals navigating pivotal moments—career transitions, identity shifts, and the quiet but undeniable pull toward something more. These crossroads can feel uncertain. Katy brings clarity, perspective, and steady momentum to the process, helping clients move forward with intention rather than hesitation.

Her coaching is grounded in a simple belief: real growth begins with self-trust. Through her coaching, clients build the confidence to make aligned decisions, lead authentically, and step fully into who they are becoming.

Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Arizona and a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Whittier Law School. She is a certified coach through the Jay Shetty Certification School.

Dawn Darilek

During her academic journey at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Dawn honed her expertise in International Relations and History, while also nurturing a passion for photography. Her professional career began as a paralegal at Fulbright & Jaworski. Later, she ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing two businesses within the arts sector. Subsequently, she acquired and managed a bowling alley, further diversifying her professional experience. Currently, Dawn actively contributes to the local nonprofit community, utilizing her expertise and experience to support various charitable causes.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Dawn is a passionate vegan chef and has a deep love for nutrition.

Dawn received her Life Coach certification from IAP Career College.

Coach

Lane Gosnay

Lane Gosnay possesses a diverse skill set that encompasses scuba instruction, law enforcement, entrepreneurship, and decades of experience in the non-profit sector and the music industry.

Her accomplishments include forming the Gay & Lesbian Musicians Network, hosting house concerts, creating the first House Concert Connection site, serving as the Talent Coordinator for the Houston International Festival (IFEST), and founding and developing The Bugle Boy, an internationally acclaimed listening room with its core mission of “Elevating & Sustaining Original Live Music.”

Lane finds fulfillment in nature and creative pursuits. She now utilizes her life experiences and training to guide individuals to achieving their goals and personal happiness.

Lane is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Marine Transportation.  Additionally, she has received her Happiness Life Coach certification from IAP Career College and holds a Transformational Coaching certification from ELITE University.
